The Five Most Dangerous Trends Facing Privately Held Texas Businesses
A short, sourced briefing on what is actually happening to closely held businesses in this state, and what it means for anyone who intends to get their money out of one eventually. It is market data, not a pitch. We show the sources as we go so you can check them.

What it covers
Five trends, and what each one does to a valuation.
Most owners have a rough sense that conditions are shifting. Very few have seen the long series laid out, and almost nobody has seen what the trends do to the number a buyer eventually puts on the business.
The briefing is deliberately not about us. There is a short section at the end about what we do, and you are welcome to leave before it. The research stands on its own and you can take it with you.
It is built for owner-operators, and it also holds up in front of a CPA or a wealth advisor, which is usually who the owner forwards it to afterward.

We will email you the date. We do not sell the list and we will not hand your address to a vendor.
Running it for a group.
The same briefing gets delivered in person to trade associations, CPA firms, and chapter meetings. There is a longer version for groups that want the full session.
If you run a chapter, a firm, or a peer group and want this in front of your members, say so in the form above and we will work out a date.
